These are very simple but effective techniques for you to try in the morning and evening.

Grounding

when we are ungrounded we can feel very emotional, our brains cannot make sense of things, we can feel dizzy and light headed.

Try this technique

Take several deep breaths in the nose out through the mouth , with you feet on the floor, Imagine tree roots coming out the soles of your feet going deeper into the earth as far as your roots will go. Keep taking your nice relaxing deep breaths until you feel you are grounded enough.

There you have just grounded yourself excellent!

Protection

As we go about our daily business we can come into to contact with alot of people when your working in an office, shopping etc without even realising it we can pick up others energies, you may notice you feel drained and/ or emotional when being around others?  It is not just from people or situations that we can feel this, we can pick up this from using computers, television, having plugs in sockets, using mobile phones etc ...This is called Electro- magnetic stress.

Where we live is another factor to consider if you notice you do not feel yourself in the home this could be down Geopathic stress. 

 

Now as before with the grounding technique take several deep breaths again and relax with each breath you take, visualise a pink, gold, white bubble enclosing all around you and as wide as you would like and slowly come back breathing slow until you retain normal breathing.

Another protection way is Take your several deep breaths until you feel relaxed and simply ask Arch Angel Michael to come and protect you with his protective dark blue cloak fastening it from your feet all the way up, and thank him when your ready to come back to your self.
