So a little bit about me, I’m Julia, married with a daughter and I live in Solihull.  For as long as I can remember I’d been trying to find myself and over the about the past 9 years I’ve been on a lovely journey.  I’ve always been very smiley, but that smile was mainly on the outside and didn’t run deep inside, so my search was to find my ‘inner smile’ I can truly say I have now found my ‘inner smile’. ✨ I’ve done this by thinking about what I eat, listen too (news/media) what I watch and balancing my life. Practicing yoga, meditation, healing from others and self healing, past life regressions and other holistic therapies and self care, which have all really helped me. I’ve suffered with depression, anxieties and felt overwhelmed for years. I used to be a people pleaser, wanted to be liked, I lacked self esteem and as a child I was extremely shy. As I grew older I used to cover up how I felt, I’d appear confident on the outside, but I was crumbling inside. My outlook would be generally good, but lots of negative thoughts would invade my head and I would struggle to overcome them. Now my thoughts are filled with positively. I have through healing found my ‘root causes’ of my issues and problems and been able to clear them to enable my life to be enlightened. I am in a better place with a positive outlook to be able to cope with things and look at challenges and challenging times completely differently. Therefore anxieties and depression don’t creep in. My journey lead me to attune with Angelic Reiki healing and become a Practitioner. It was a wonderful experience and I felt for the first time, I’d found my purpose in life. What I’d love to do is to help you on your journey too. Angel Wings Therapies Solihull was born out of true alignment and passion to help other people on their journey to find happiness within.
