🍂🍁Autumn equinox is a sacred time to pause and honour the balance between light and dark. It's a time to let go of the peak energy and intensity of summer and the festival season, preparing to slow down and turn inwards.

👧🧘🏼‍♀️✨ Sarah will lead you through a 60-minute Yin class curated to sync with the energies of the Equinox. Yin is slow-paced style of Yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints.

👧🎶✨ Following the intentionally slow movement practice, Julia will lead an Autumn Equinox Sound Healing. Using long, slow tones in this crystal singing bowl meditation will help you slow down, and come to a place of stillness inside. This crystal singing bowl sound bath is designed to help you reach a deep state of relaxation, where your body can rest, and where your natural healing systems kick in. Sound baths convey an immersive sound that fills the entire room and the bodies within the space, transmitting sound waves throughout the entire body, including memories and sensations stored in the cells. The resonance activates both theta, alpha, and gamma brain waves, states that are associated with relaxation, the letting go of mental and physical stress, and emotions relating to wellbeing and compassion.

✨ Please bring a yoga mat and blocks (We have ones you can borrow)

✨ Bring a pillow and blanket and bottle of water to keep beside you during the session

✨ Wear comfortable clothing

PLEASE NOTE - THE SOUND HEALING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR FIRST TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY, IF YOU HAVE METAL PLATES OR A PACEMAKER FITTED
