Children's 🌈Happy Place🌈 Workshop

Run by Julia and Karen, creating a warm and cosy environment so children feel safe and can talk about what they’d like to.

After an intro about who they live with, any pets, siblings etc, Karen leads the children in a

🌈Happy Place🌈 meditation.  This leads to a discussion about where they went.

Next is the creative part, the children draw and colour their 🌈Happy Place🌈 and create an affirmation card.

Julia then takes the children on a journey of sound, with a Sound Bath, helping to relax, rejuvenate and heal.
