🌈Happy Place🌈 - Childrens Workshop

🌈 Run by Julia and Karen, creating a warm and cosy environment so children feel safe and can talk about what they’d like to - this session is centred around ‘Loving Kindness’❤️

After an intro about who they live with, any pets, siblings etc, Karen leads the children in a

🌈loving kindness meditation🌈 This then leads to a discussion about their experiences.

Next is the creative part, the children draw and colour their 🌈Heart lead picture🌈 and create an affirmation card.

Julia then takes the children on a journey of sound, with a Sound Bath, helping to relax, rejuvenate and heal. Using crystal bowls and various other instruments.
